Return Policy/ Shipping & Delivery

We gladly accept returns on any items that are in their original condition along with all packaging, We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14- days from the day you receive your item to request a return, along with proof of purchase. To start return, please contact us at endless.wicks@outlook.com. With your request, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Any shipping costs associated with return will be the responsibility of the buyer for unwanted product. If product was damaged, or defected, Endless wicks will pay for shipping costs, supporting photos will be required. Endless Wicks does not refund return costs. Once item is received we will issue a full refund. Unfortunatly, sale items are not eligible for return. Thank you for your understanding.
