What type of wax do you use?

We use 100% soy wax or a soy/coconut blend.

How long should i burn my candle the first time?

Make sure to burn your candle until you get a full melt pool, (melted wax to all edges of the candle vessel). Shouldn't burn longer than 4 hours at a time.

Where is my tracking information?

You should receive an email when your order ships, which will have your tracking information.

What if my candle doesn't seem to be burning correctly, any suggestions?

Please make sure you are trimming your wick before every burn. We do hand-pour all our candles, even though we do not anticipate this but there could be a chance that it could just not burn. Email us pictures or videos of the defective candle to endless.wicks@outlook.com with order number, we will respond with the next steps.

Are your scented candles hazardous?

No, we do not make any hazardous products. you can be assured that you will get a clean and safe burn. They do not release any kinds of toxic chemicals.
